Hello World!
Now finally, griinu Compare has its voice online. Vivek and I have been hard at it over the last few months working at building a business that is not only successful financially but rewarding for us and most importantly successful at making a positive impact!
You can see that we have recently upgraded the site - visually and technically. Some bugs in the first version were fixed. Some exciting new features have been added and some features generally tidied up.
- narrowing your search: the categories are now displayed in helpful groups at the top of the product listing page
- comparison and favourites lists: you can now add (without page reload!) any product to either of these lists when you are browsing. These lists stay with you every time you reload.
- quick lists: your comparison and favourites lists are automatically added to the side menu for quick access!
- homepage feeds: get quick access to some stories from the blogosphere and news agencies
- blog: you\'re reading it now - our voice online
- reviews: for registered users, reviews couldn't be easier - see a product you've bought? - scroll to the bottom of the page and write your review!
- thumbs up: give reviews thumbs up or down to help other users
- ratings: now you can rate products - even if you're not logged in - one rating per IP address or registered user ensures it isn't abused.
- site news: find out what we're up to!
It's been great to implement these changes and see griinu Compare move to the next stage. We are very excited about the opportunities and changes to come.
